Packaging & Delivery
The right fitting and packaging make a piece easier to wear, give and sell. This page covers what we can add to your order, how it is packed and how it travels to you.
Fittings
The fitting decides how a piece is worn or carried, so it is worth choosing deliberately.
- Lapel pins and badges: a butterfly clutch is the economical standard, a deluxe locking clutch holds firmer for pins worn every day, a safety pin suits larger or heavier badges, a magnetic back leaves clothing unpierced, and a screw back gives a fixed fit on uniforms and bags
- Medals: woven or printed neck ribbons in your colours, or a braided neck cord
- Keychains: split key rings, lobster clasps and snap hooks
- Fridge magnets: flexible magnet sheet or strong disc magnets
- Dog tags and pendants: ball chains and necklace chains
- Bookmarks: a tassel finishes the top
Packaging
Light packaging protects each piece and suits events, giveaways and retail racks. Presentation boxes suit awards and gifts.
- Bags and cards: a clear OPP or PVC bag per piece, a bag with a printed header card, a printed backing card, a velvet pouch, a coin capsule or a blister pack
- Boxes: clear plastic cases, rigid printed paper boxes, leatherette and velvet-lined boxes, metal tins, wooden boxes and medal display cases
- Outer cartons: export cartons sized to the order, and foam-protected cartons for trophies and heavy pieces
Boxes and cards can carry your logo and colours. Tell us how the pieces will be used and we will suggest the best match when we quote.

Times are typical for Europe and North America and are counted from dispatch. Send us your delivery address and we will confirm the options and the transit time for your country.
Delivery terms
We usually quote DDP, which means one price covers the product, international shipping and import duties, and we handle customs clearance. If you prefer to arrange freight yourself, we can quote FOB or EXW instead.

What shipping costs
Shipping depends on weight, volume, destination and method, so it differs for every order. It is always shown on your quote before you confirm, with no hidden charges. To get an accurate figure, tell us the quantity and your delivery address when you inquire.
After dispatch
- Tracking: we email the carrier and tracking number as soon as the goods leave, and follow the shipment until it arrives
- Different address or several destinations: let us know before dispatch and we can redirect the order or divide a large one between places, labelling each carton
- Arrived damaged: take pictures of the box and of what is inside, and send them within 7 days of delivery so we can replace the goods or refund them
