How do I choose the right style for a custom challenge coin?
Soft enamel suits bold logos and large orders. Hard enamel gives a smooth, polished look for awards. Die struck relies on relief and antique plating. 3D coins add depth and cut-out shapes.
What is the best size for a custom challenge coin?
Most challenge coins are 38 mm to 50 mm. Choose 38 mm for a pocket coin and 50 mm or more for fine text and portraits. 3 mm thickness is standard.
