How to choose custom lapel pins
How do I choose between soft enamel, hard enamel, die struck and printed pins?
Soft enamel is textured and economical. Hard enamel is polished and premium. Die struck has no colour and fine detail. Printed pins reproduce photos.
What size should a custom lapel pin be?
25 mm to 38 mm suits most logos. Under 20 mm loses fine text, and over 40 mm becomes a statement pin.
Can you make custom pins with my logo?
Yes. Send a vector logo or any clear image. We redraw it for metal and may simplify very fine lines.
Which attachment is best for a lapel pin?
A butterfly clutch is standard. A rubber clutch is gentler on fabric, a magnet avoids holes, and a screw back is most secure.
What plating can custom enamel pins have?
Gold, silver, antique bronze, black nickel and dual tone. Rainbow plating is also possible.
What extras can I add to a custom metal pin?
Glitter, glow in the dark enamel, an epoxy dome, 3D relief and double sided designs.
