How It Works

Every order follows the same six steps, whatever the product. Here is what happens at each one, what we need from you, and how long it takes.

From first message to delivery

1. Tell us what you need

Send your artwork, a sketch or just an idea, together with the product type, the size you have in mind and the quantity. We reply within 12 hours with a quote and a plan for the design. If you are not sure which product or finish suits your use, say so and we will suggest options.

2. Approve the design proof

Our designers refine your sketch or draw the design from scratch, then send a free digital proof, usually within 24 hours. Check spelling, colours, size and finish carefully, because production follows the proof you approve. We revise it until you are happy. See the Artwork Guide for the files we accept.

3. Approve the sample

Once the design is agreed, we make a pre-production sample from the final mold, usually in 5 to 7 days, and show it to you by photo, video or courier. Mass production starts only after you approve it. If you would like to feel the quality first, ask for one or two stock pieces made in a similar way. The reference samples are free and you pay only the courier.

4. Production

Standard production takes 12 to 15 days after sample approval. Rush production is possible for an extra fee. Complex specifications such as 3D relief, dual plating or many colours usually take 20 to 25 days, so tell us your deadline early.

5. Inspection and packing

Every order is compared with the approved sample and inspected before packing. We can show the finished pieces on video before they leave the workshop, and we work with your own third-party inspector if you use one. Packing options are described under Packaging & Delivery.

6. Shipping and tracking

We ship by express, air or sea, and email you the carrier and tracking number the moment the goods leave. Shipping is quoted before you confirm the order. Details are on the Packaging & Delivery page.

Timeline at a glance

These shipping times are typical for Europe and North America and start on the day of dispatch. Working to an event date? Mention it in your first message and we will count back from it to set the production and shipping schedule.

Order basics

• The minimum order is 50 pieces per design. Below that the price per piece rises, because the mold and machine set-up cost the same for any quantity.
• Each design has a one-time mold fee, shown on your quote. Your mold is stored for five years, so a reorder in that period needs no new mold fee.
• Orders up to USD 1,000 are paid in full before production. Above that, 30% starts production and the 70% balance is due before shipment.
