What is the minimum order quantity?
Most products start from 50 pieces. Some simple designs can start lower, so please ask us with your design and quantity.
How long does production take?
Production usually takes 12 to 15 days after you approve the digital proof. Shipping time depends on the method you choose.
Do you offer free design help?
Yes. Send a sketch, a logo or a photo and our designers prepare the artwork and a free digital proof.
What file formats can I send?
Vector files such as AI, PDF or EPS give the sharpest result, but a clear PNG or JPG is enough to start. A sketch or a photo also works.
Can I see a sample before the full order?
You receive a digital proof first. A physical sample can be arranged on request, so tell us when you send your design.
How do you match my brand colours?
Send Pantone references and we match them as closely as the enamel or print allows. The proof shows each colour.
How is my order shipped?
We ship by express, air or sea with a tracking number, and we help with customs paperwork where possible.
How do I get a quote?
Send your design, the size you want and the quantity through the contact page. We reply within 12 hours.
